The unique working principle of scroll compression technology gives the Wotech VT series compressors exceptional energy efficiency. Air compression is achieved through the interaction of a stationary scroll and a moving scroll. Air enters from the outer side of the compressor head. Once air is drawn in, the moving scroll closes the inlet. As the moving scroll rotates, the air is gradually compressed, and continuous compressed air is discharged from the center of the stationary scroll. This process is repeated continuously, ensuring that the discharged compressed air is always continuous and without fluctuations.
High-Efficiency Design and Control
Our scroll compressors offer high flow rates per kW, with single-stage compression pressures reaching up to 11 barg. Start/stop control reduces energy waste during idle operation.
Modular Design
The series is equipped with multiple scroll modules. Utilizing variable flow control technology, the number of operating modules can be adjusted according to air demand. Therefore, multi-head parallel scroll compressors can be adjusted as needed based on air volume requirements.
The intelligent controller prevents all scroll compressor modules from starting simultaneously and ensures pressure remains within a narrow fluctuation range. This optimizes compressor efficiency and guarantees stable system pressure.
